A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am from Cartagena de Indias, but also with roots from different parts of my native country, Colombia. Since I was a child I stood out for being very restless and curious. In my teenage years I began to understand my love for science, and when I was 17 years old, I began my undergraduate studies in physics at the Universidad del Atlántico. Major which I recently completed with honors. During my undergraduate studies I had the opportunity to work in the research group of Elementary Particles and Cosmology (PEyCOS), directed by Prof. Mario A. Acero along with Prof. Alexander Oliveros, who encouraged me to participate in multiple research projects, especially in Cosmology. Currently, along with Prof. Javier Gonzalez, I am finishing the research I worked on during the internship granted by the Red de Estudiantes Colombianos de Astronomía (RECA) funded by the LSST.
I have a deep passion for sharing and increasing my knowledge about the Cosmos, to understand the nature of its content and time itself. I know and feel that my purpose (whether random or deterministic) is to contribute bit by bit to the solution for the universal puzzle.
